Pneumatic System
Pneumatic system digunakan untuk menggerakan gearshift actuator, countershaft brake dan clutch cylinder. GCU menerima udara bertekanan dari APM (Air Production Modulator) port 24 atau dari yang lain tergantung versinya.

Pada overdrive gearbox, split gearwheel pada input shaft dan pasangan gearwheel pada countershaft dibalik posisinya dibandingkan dengan direct drive gearbox. Posisi low split dan high split gear juga dibalik.
